Orders will be shipped when the weather becomes more favorable. TIKICUTS offers a live arrival guarantee on all Live Plants when shipped with a next day or two day service, in any weather. Don’t worry, our checkout will ensure sure you select a covered shipping option.
Claims on Plants Orders: If your plants arrive dead or in heavily-damaged condition, please reach out to our customer service team promptly. We ask that, if possible, you reach out within 72 hours of delivery. Please hang on to your plants as our customer service team may ask that you send pictures of your invoice/packing slip and plants to tikicuts@tikicuts
Tikicuts also asks that all customers fallow the CARE CARD included in the shipment. If fallowed this will remedy 90% of all issues Plants come from Tissue culture and will experience Transport shock in most circumstances. This is normal and the plant will bounce out of it within 72 hrs
