TIKICUTS cares about the wellbeing of your samples, which is why we reserve the right to hold plant shipments if we believe temperatures during shipment will cause damage to the samples. Orders will be shipped when the weather becomes more favorable. TIKICUTS offers a live arrival guarantee on all samples when shipped, in any weather.
Claims on samples Orders: If your samples arrive dead or in heavily-damaged condition, please reach out to our customer service team promptly. We ask that, if possible, you reach out within 72 hours of delivery. Please hang on to your samples as our customer service team may ask that you send pictures of your invoice/packing slip and samples to tikicuts@tikicuts
Tikicuts also asks that all customers fallow the CARE CARD included in the shipment. If fallowed this will remedy 90% of all issues samples come from Tissue culture and will experience Transport shock in most circumstances. This is normal and the samples will bounce out of it within 72 hrs
